American Workforce Group is partnered with a Trading Company specializing in permanent floral, home and garden décor as well as a complete line for Christmas. They use contract freight carriers to ensure the most cost effective and efficient delivery of their products. This company has the best reputation for On-Time Delivery in the industry and they are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team!

What does an Administrative Assistant do? An Administrative Assistant plays a huge part in the success of the warehouse team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for making sure the warehouse is running smoothly. The Office Assistant is working with the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse lead in constant communication to ensure warehouse productivity.

This position holds a huge responsibility, and they are looking for someone that is up for the challenge!

 

Requirements of Office Assistant:

 -Verifiable Admin & Data Entry experience is REQUIRED

 -Ability to work well with a team

 -Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen

 -Must be fully vaccinated 

 -Some background restrictions may apply

 

Details of Office Assistant:

-Pay is starting at $20/hour

-7 AM - 4 PM with some fluctuating start and end times

-Monday - Friday with an occasional Saturday during the busy season

-Temporary position lasting through the summer months (no benefits offered due to this being temporary)

 

Duties of Office Assistant:

-Order Processing

-Generating in-house & online BOLs

-Working in Excel

-Verifying invoices

-Receiving and comparing LTL and FTL

-FXG and UPS processing
