Job Description

American Workforce Group has partnered with the Pacific Northwest’s leading asphalt and concrete restoration provider to find a skilled and motivated Class A CDL Driver / Crew Lead for their Vancouver, WA location. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines driving, crew coordination, and jobsite execution.

Description of Class A CDL Driver / Crew Lead
- Load, inspect, and transport equipment and tools safely to job sites
- Assist in job site setup (signs, cones, materials) and oversee flatbed prep each morning
- Perform labor and equipment operation as needed; train crew in proper safety and work practices
- Act as crew lead in Foreman's absence, handling communication and paperwork
Details of Class A CDL Driver / Crew Lead
- Pay range: $33.75 – $39.25/hour DOE
- Day shift, Monday – Friday (some weekends and overtime required)
- Full-time
Requirements and Qualifications of Class A CDL Driver / Crew Lead
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 1+ year of asphalt or concrete crew experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work long hours, travel to worksites, and operate various types of equipment
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and passing pre-employment screening
Physical Requirements of Class A CDL Driver / Crew Lead
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Must be able to safely load/unload and secure equipment
