American Workforce Group has partnered with innovative client looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to manage office operations and maintain accurate financial records
If you are a motivated, qualified individual, we want you!
Description of Office Manager/ Bookkeeper:
-Develop and institute revenue accruals for accurate financial reporting
-Perform comprehensive account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
-Conduct monthly book closing via accrual-based accounting methods
-Receive shipments and accurately scan documents into the system
Details of Office Manager/Bookkeeper:
-$26-32
-7:00 AM- 3:30PM
-Full time
Requirements and Qualifications of Office Manager/ Bookkeeper:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
-3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction industry
-Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
