Description for Field Technician:

• Infrastructure Support: Perform physical labor supporting work on telecommunication towers.
• Technical Tasks: Operate powered and hand-operated tools for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Logistics: Assist in loading and unloading specialized equipment onto trailers for field deployment.

Details for Field Technician:

• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $27.00/hour (Depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Complete knowledge of the use and care of basic hand tools and power tools.
• Specialized Skills: Familiarity with RF equipment installs (antennas, RRUs, coax/fiber jumpers, weatherproofing, hybrid installs).
• Testing Aptitude: General understanding of RF and Fiber testing protocols.
• Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable climbing ladders and communication towers.
• Environment: Ability to work frequently in adverse weather conditions.
• Construction experience is preferred but not required.
