American Workforce Group has partnered a local supply and development company to find a motivated individual who has strong mechanical abilities!

Description of VALVE TECHNICIAN
- Assembling valve bodies, actuators, instruments and accessories on valves
- Occasional use of fork trucks, power tools, hand tools, and electric/manual pallet jacks
- Calibration of valves - leak tests, hydro, special testing, and functional testing
Details of VALVE TECHNICIAN
- $20+ DOE
- M - F, some Saturday overtime
- 7: 30AM - 4PM
- Full time
- Temp to hire
Requirements and Qualifications of VALVE TECHNICIAN
- Strong mechanical inclination
- Able to read/interpret assembly drawings
- Able to comply with safety standards
Physical Requirements of VALVE TECHNICIAN
- Lifting ability up to 50lbs
- Long term walking/standing
