Description for Office Manager / Bookkeeper:
- Lead financial accuracy by developing and instituting revenue accruals for precise reporting.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to maintain rock-solid financial records.
- Direct monthly closing processes using accrual-based accounting methods.
- Oversee office logistics, including receiving shipments and managing digital document workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.
Details for Office Manager / Bookkeeper:
- Pay: $25.00/hour
- Schedule: Part-Time
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Status: Temp-to-Hire
Requirements for Office Manager / Bookkeeper:
- 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper (Construction industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and modern accounting software is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
