American Workforce Group has partnered with a local manufacturer in Woodland, WA looking to hire a professional Inside Sales and Admin Support specialist.

Description for Inside Sales and Admin Support:

• Customer Advocacy: Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve concerns by evaluating all relevant information.
• Direct Engagement: Interact directly with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
• Order Management: Accurately process customer orders and specialized requests.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as the critical communication link between the Manufacturing and Sales departments.

Details for Inside Sales and Admin Support:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $26.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Experience: Two years of practical accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Publisher.
• Writing Ability: Creative and technical writing skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Education: High School Degree required; Associates degree in Business preferred.
• Aptitude: Strong math skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
