Job Description
Precision in Payables for a Reliable Supply!
American Workforce Group is a hiring for local concrete supply distribution facility in Ridgefield, WA looking to hire for an important accounts payable position.
If you're a motivated, qualified individual we want you!
Description for Accounts Payable:
- Process accounts payable by properly assigning expense accounts to invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring timely payment to vendors
- Match vendor trade payable invoices to corresponding purchase order and freight invoices
- Scan weekly check run backup into MaxRecall
Details for Accounts Payable:
- Pay: $24-$26/hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Shift Hours: 730am-4pm
Requirements for Accounts Payable:
- Associate’s degree or 1 or more years of equivalent work experience with AP and general bookkeeping
- Proficient computer skills including MS Windows, Word, Excel
- Preferred knowledgeable in SX.Enterprise software and MaxRecall
