American Workforce Group has partnered with a local entertainment company that is looking for a assistant to get ready for the up and coming festival for this summer.
If you are a motivated, qualified individual, we want you!
Description of Admin Assistant/Events Coordinator
- Organize festival and get venders to their right locations.
- Make phone calls to confirm venders.
- Make and distribute posters for up and coming events.
- Going on line and posting about event.
- Responding to emails in a timely manner.
Details of Admin Assistant/Events Coordinator
- $16.28 an hour
- 7 am to 3 Pm
- part time
- Temp
Requirements and Qualifications of Admin Assistant/Events Coordinator
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Basic computer skills.
- One month commitment.
Physical Requirements of Admin Assistant/Events Coordinator
- Can lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand stoop, kneel, bend and pull as needed.
