Job Description
AWG has partnered with Woodland warehouse who is looking to staff a detail-oriented candidate for their front desk position. The perfect candidate would have experience working multi-line phones, be skilled with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office, and be ready to hit the ground running!

Description of Admin Assistant:
- Receiving and responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Working with Office and Excel.
- Scanning & filing
Details of Admin Assistant:
- 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Monday – Friday
- Temp to Hire
- Pay - $18.00 per hour
Requirements and Qualifications of Admin Assistant:
- Multi line phones
- Proficient in office tasks
- MUST be detail oriented
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Some background restrictions
Physical Requirements of Admin Assistant:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
