Maintenance Planning Administrative Assistant
Job Description

Be the backbone of our manufacturing team! We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional to join a local mill in Longview as a Maintenance Planning Admin Assistant.
American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier local mill in Longview, WA to find a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial office environment.
Description for Maintenance Planning Administrative Assistant:
- CMMS Management: Update and maintain critical records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (work orders, parts lists, Preventive Maintenance jobs, and equipment records).
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain maintenance planning checklists, templates, and specialized job plans.
- Administrative Support: Process requisitions, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed meeting minutes.
- Planner Logistics: Facilitate onboarding for Planners by coordinating standard supplies, tools, and hardware/software requirements.
- Office Flow: Manage and restock office supplies and stationery to keep the department running smoothly.
Details for Maintenance Planning Admin Assistant:
- Pay Rate: $22.00 – $26.00/hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience required; manufacturing environment experience is a major plus.
- Technical: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
