Description for CNC Operator:

• Swiss Machining: Program, setup, and run Swiss CNC Screw machines to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance parts.
• Multi-Machine Management: Monitor multiple Swiss CNC units simultaneously to ensure peak production efficiency.
• Quality Compliance: Maintain detailed production and quality logs in adherence to ISO-9001 and AS-9100 standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and provide technical feedback for process optimization.
• Relocation: Optional relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Details for CNC Operator:

• Pay Rate: $30.00 – $45.00/hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years setting up and operating multi-axis Swiss CNC machines.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and program NC code and interpret complex blueprints.
• Standards: Prior experience in ISO-9001 or AS-9100 environments is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership potential and the ability to thrive in a highly motivated team environment.
• Software: Experience with Exact Job Boss, Unipoint, or GAL6 is preferred.
