American Workforce Group has partnered with a warehouse in the Puyallup, WA area. They are looking for a highly motivated, friendly Customer Service Representative to add to their growing team.

Description of Customer Service Rep:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry
• Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Manage professional email correspondence (sending and answering)
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in-person
• Perform other general office duties as assigned

Details of Customer Service Rep:

• Pay: $18.25/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a professional office environment
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Extensive, practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
