American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier manufacturing facility in Olympia, WA looking to fill multiple Construction Assembly positions. This is a dynamic role where you will work both independently and as part of a high-performing team to build essential construction components.

Description for Construction Assembly:

  • Component Assembly: Assemble specialized construction components following precise blueprints and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with teammates to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shipping Preparation: Ensure finished products are properly secured and prepared for outbound shipping.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship on every piece assembled.

Details for Construction Assembly:

  • Pay Rate: $24.50/hour (Starting) | $22.50/hour (After Rollover) + Production Bonuses.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday + Overtime.
  • Shift Growth: Start on a 5-day/8-hour schedule, then transition to a 4-day/10-hour schedule (Enjoy your 3-day weekends!).

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to safely and effectively use both hand and power tools.
  • Physicality: Ability to bend, pull, push, and stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
  • Teamwork: Must thrive in a collaborative, team-based industrial environment.
