Landscape Lead
Job Description
Landscaping solutions that exceed expectations!
American Workforce Group is a hiring for a local, steady, long standing landscape company in Rochester, WA looking to an important landscape lead to their new construction side!
If you're a motivated, qualified individual we want you!
Description for Landscape Lead:
- Laying out and installing irrigation
- Planting trees, shrubs, spreading topsoil and bark
- Performing manual labor such as digging ditches, trenches and able to lift 50 plus pounds
- Managing 3 - 4 landscape laborers at a time
- Responsible for ensuring and enforcing safety compliance
- Ability to handle any customer comments on the job site
- Ability to drive trucks, tow trailers, and operate equipment as required
Details for Landscape Lead:
- Pay: $25-$35/hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | Overtime as needed
- Shift Hours: 7am-4pm | Year-round work!
Requirements for Landscape Lead:
- 2+ years’ experience leading crews
- 2+ years’ new construction landscape experience
- Can ready blueprints
- Commercial irrigation
- Math, safety, and communication skills
