American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier landscaping company in Rochester, WA looking for an Irrigation Technician!

Description for Irrigation Technician:

• Laying out and installing irrigation systems
• Planting trees/shrubs and spreading topsoil or bark
• Performing manual labor including digging ditches and trenches
• Managing a crew of 3–4 landscape laborers
• Ensuring and enforcing strict safety compliance on the job site
• Handling customer inquiries and comments professionally
• Driving trucks, towing trailers, and operating heavy equipment as required

Details for Irrigation Technician:

• Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Year-round work!

Requirements for Irrigation Technician:

• 2+ years’ experience leading crews
• 2+ years’ experience in irrigation installation and commercial irrigation
• 2+ years’ new construction landscape experience
• Ability to read blueprints and perform job-related math
• Strong safety mindset and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
