American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier local construction company in Bremerton, WA to hire for multiple Construction Laborer positions!

Description for Construction Laborer:

• Concrete Construction: Assist with general concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork.
• Site Support: Perform general labor tasks to maintain a safe and efficient job site.
• Mobility: Job locations vary across the region, including Bremerton, Port Orchard, Lacey, and Olympia.

Details for Construction Laborer:

• Pay: $23.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional overtime required)
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Hours may vary based on project needs)

Requirements for Construction Laborer:

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 75 lbs+ regularly.
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use various hand/power tools.
• Aptitude: Basic math skills are required for site measurements and calculations.
• Experience: Prior carpentry or concrete experience is highly preferred.
• Safety: Must be a safety-focused individual who can follow strict site protocols.
