Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Are you the customer-first receptionist who can shift into high gear?
American Workforce Group has partnered with a local shop in Auburn, WA looking for a Customer Service Representative!
If you're a motivated, qualified individual we want you!
Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, or direct to the appropriate department
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer questions and recommend products based on customer needs
- Accurately enter sales orders into the system for dispatch or will call
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their order or delivery
- Partner with the sales, operations, pricing, and accounting departments to facilitate the needs of both internal and external customers
- Perform administrative tasks such as mailing invoices/statements, printing copies of statement/invoices for customers, completing new customer forms/credit applications
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Details for Customer Service Representative:
- Pay: $20 - $22 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1 -hour unpaid lunch
- Shift Hours: 8AM to 5PM
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Able to remain in a stationary position
- Able to stand, walk around to access various office equipment
- Able to operate computer, keyboard, telephone, copier, and other office equipment.
- Able to walk up/down one flight of stairs
- Able to communicate and exchange information and ideas so that others can understand
