American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier manufacturing facility in Shelton, WA looking for a Manufacturing Clean Up Technician. This isn't just a cleaning job—it’s a dynamic role where you’ll be a vital part of the production team, keeping the facility safe and stepping in to operate heavy machinery when needed.

What you will do:

• Perform light and heavy cleanup duties, including shoveling sawdust and maintaining facility standards
• Assess facility conditions and report hazards or repair needs to the Plant Manager
• Act as a backup operator for the Loader, Baler, and truck movements as required
• Ensure the production floor remains efficient, safe, and free of obstructions
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as they arise

Details:

• Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
• Schedule Options: Monday–Friday OR Sunday–Thursday
• Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Swing) OR 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Grave)

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating Skid Steer, backhoe, excavator, or front-end loader is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent eye-hand-foot coordination for machinery operation
• Reliability and the ability to work in a dusty (sawdust) environment
