Description for Laborer:
- Utilize pneumatic nail guns, sanders, and industrial hand tools for wood assembly.
- Load raw lumber materials into processing machinery and stack finished products safely.
- Measure components accurately using standard rulers and tape measures.
- Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure precise manufacturing metrics.
- Train to safely set up and operate high-capacity production machines after probation.
- Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour + Daily Production Bonuses!
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays and Overtime expected based on volume).
- Shift Options: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) OR Swing Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).
- Location: Elma, WA.
- Proven ability to accurately read and utilize a standard tape measure.
- Must hold a reliable work ethic and provide your own sturdy work boots (other PPE provided).
- Ability to interpret and carry out basic written and verbal shop floor instructions.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly preferred.
