American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier local mill in Hoquiam, WA. We are looking to add multiple Industrial Laborers to their high-energy production team.

Description for Industrial Laborer:

• Mill Operations: Perform essential labor tasks within a fast-paced mill environment.
• Product Handling: Move, stack, and organize products to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Physical Performance: Engage in heavy labor and constant movement throughout the shift.
• Growth Potential: This company values its people and actively promotes from within.

Details for Industrial Laborer:

• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off!)
• Shift Options:
  • Days: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Nights: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Requirements:

• Physicality: Must be able to stand and perform constant labor for 12-hour shifts and lift 50–75 lbs.
• Experience: Prior industrial or mill labor experience is required.
• Reliability: We are looking for candidates with a history of longevity in their past roles.
• Skills: Basic reading and writing proficiency.
