What You’ll Do as an Industrial Laborer:

  • Material Management: Measure and classify raw materials to prepare for high-speed production.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate essential production machinery, including lifting equipment and forklifts.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform critical testing and quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate logs of goods and raw materials within a factory or warehouse setting.

Details for Industrial Laborer:

  • Pay Rate: $17.13 – $20.00+/hour (Depending on the specific role and your experience).
  • Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday (Enjoy your weekends!).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week is standard, with shifts varying by assignment.

Requirements:

  • Physicality: Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
  • Skills: Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
