Description for Pipe Layer:

• System Installation: Install and repair storm sewer piping, catch basins, manholes, water mains, fire mains, and sanitary sewer mainlines.
• Technical Precision: Read and interpret blueprints with a deep knowledge of grades, elevations, and slopes.
• Infrastructure Components: Expertly install clean-outs, drops, and various water/sewer service piping.
• Equipment & Safety: Safely operate plate compactors, generators, and air compressors while utilizing shoring and trench boxes for a "safety-first" environment.

Details for Pipe Layer:

• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $26.00/hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday (Consistent Work-Life Balance)
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Experience: MUST have proven experience specifically as a Pipe Layer.
• Physicality: Ability and willingness to hand dig and lift heavy objects consistently.
• Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in all Pacific Northwest weather conditions.
• Aptitude: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to follow complex technical directions.
