American Workforce Group has partnered with a locally owned patio paver company located in Tumwater, WA looking for a Skilled Laborer.

Description for Skilled Laborer:

• Install block retaining walls and lay pavers for patios, walkways, and driveways
• Perform excavation and construct retaining walls, including site preparation and material handling
• Work efficiently and safely outdoors in all weather conditions
• Operate, maintain, and safely drive company work trucks and equipment
• Support the Foreman by ensuring proper procedures and company policies are followed

Details for Skilled Laborer:

• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (subject to project needs)

Requirements for Skilled Laborer:

• Previous experience with paver installation, retaining walls, or hardscape construction
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs consistently
• Physically able to stand, stoop, bend, and pull for the duration of the shift
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
