Description for Industrial Laborer:

• Perform heavy manual labor and active production tasks safely inside an industrial mill setting.
• Move, stack, and stage raw materials and finished products across active production lines.
• Maintain constant physical movement throughout the shift to support machinery operations.
• Execute basic cleanup duties around processing tracks and follow strict plant safety rules.

Details for Industrial Laborer:

• Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (12-hour shifts).
• Location: Hoquiam, WA.
• Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire (Multiple Openings).

Requirements for Industrial Laborer:

• Prior verifiable experience handling heavy manual labor within an industrial setting required.
• A solid history of employment longevity and reliability with your previous employers.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and do constant heavy labor for a full 12-hour shift.
• Ability to frequently lift and maneuver heavy materials weighing 50–75 lbs without assistance.
• Basic English reading and writing skills; reliable transportation and excellent attendance habits.
