American Workforce Group has partnered with a family, woman, and veteran owned Construction company in Hoodsport WA.

Description for General Manager:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of construction professionals, including project management sales
- Manage all aspects of financial operations
- Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure efficient workflow across projects
- Collaborate with the company owners to develop and implement business strategies for growth
-MUST have experience with quickbooks and bookkeeping
Details for General Manager:
- Salary range- 100k-120k
- Monday- Friday
- 8am- 5pm
- Benefits include: Sick pay accrual
Requirements for General Manager:
- Lift 50-75 lbs
- Stand, stoop, bend, pull
- Bachelor' s degree in management, or related field. (Preferred)
- Some background restrictions may apply
- Ability to pass drug test
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
