Description for HR Generalist:
- Full-time HR Generalist.
- Supporting recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, Payroll, and HR compliance.
- Maintain hours and wage data; process bi-weekly payroll. Coordinate the annual wage review and update process.
Details for HR Generalist:
- $50k - $55k a year
- Monday - Friday
-8am - 5pm

Requirements for HR Generalist:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- 3-5 Years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Firm comprehension of WA state employment law and programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite, Payroll, and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
