Description for HVAC Service Technician:

• System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair residential Air Conditioning, Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, and Ductless Mini-Splits
• Maintenance & Tune-ups: Perform routine equipment service while providing professional, high-end customer service
• Component Service: Install and maintain thermostats, air handlers, condensers, and furnaces
• Safety & Compliance: Inspect systems to ensure local code compliance and safe operation
• Specialized Services: Perform air duct cleaning, sealing, and dryer vent maintenance
• Water Heaters: Service and repair both tank and tankless water heater systems
• Documentation: Clearly explain issues to customers and complete digital service records accurately

Details for HVAC Service Technician:

• Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8–10 hour work days)

Requirements for HVAC Service Technician:

• Certification: Must possess EPA Section 608 Certification
• 2–3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential experience preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC controls and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
• Professional communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
