Harbor Operations Assistant
American Workforce Group has partnered with a local port to hire a seasonal dock worker to assist the local boating community. If you enjoy working outside in beautiful Washington summers, then this is the job for you!
Description for Harbor Operations Assistant:
- Basic equipment repair and maintenance skills.
- Assists with repairs of malfunctioning equipment, gates, dockside utility systems, doors, lights, machinery, and plumbing systems.
- Provide high-quality customer service to the boating community.
- Performing audits and administrative tasks.
- Enforcing port rules and regulations.
Details for Harbor Operations Assistant:
- Pay: $19.00 - $24.00/hour (DOE)
- Schedule: To be determined
- Shift Hours: To be determined
Requirements for Harbor Operations Assistant:
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (10-key, multiple phone lines, printer, etc.).
- Initiative, analytical ability, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
