Production Assistant
Job Description

American Workforce Group has partnered with a local healthy food manufacturing facility in Allyn, WA to hire a Production Laborer.
If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working on a team in an industrial setting, we want you.
What you will do:
- Work on a team to produce high-quality healthy food products
- Pack, ship, and load boxes onto pallets for distribution
- Follow food manufacturing SOPs to ensure safety and quality standards
- Prepare products for shipment and utilize basic computer skills for documentation
Details:
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or earlier start times)
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and pull for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Microsoft Office or general computer experience is preferred
