American Workforce Group is partnered with a local mill to find a detail-oriented Door Detail and Finisher. This company produces high-end doors shipped across the country—we need someone who takes pride in every surface and edge they touch!

Description for Door Detail and Finishing:

• Sand doors using hand sanders, orbital sanders, or other finishing tools to achieve smooth, uniform surfaces.
• Inspect doors for imperfections, rough spots, dents, or defects and perform necessary corrections.
• Detail edges, cutouts, panels, and grooves to ensure all surfaces are properly prepped for staining, painting, or sealing.

Details for Door Detail and Finishing:

• Pay: $20.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements for Door Detail and Finishing:

• Veneer Layout
• Veneer Cutting
• Previous experience in sanding, finishing, carpentry, woodworking, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power sanding tools safely and effectively.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
