Description for Maintenance Mechanic:
- Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance tasks on diverse industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and material conveyance systems.
- Execute technical equipment upgrades, custom fabrication projects, and light welding tasks.
- Conduct regular facility infrastructure inspections to maximize manufacturing uptime.
- Maintain a highly organized shop environment and adhere to strict Lock-Out/Tag-Out safety rules.
Details for Maintenance Mechanic:
- Pay Rate: $24.40+/hour (DOE).
- Schedule: Monday-Friday to start for training, then transitioning to a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule.
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM options.
- Location: Chehalis, WA.
Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic:
- Prior experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic or equipment repair technician required.
- Strong diagnostic background across mechanical, pneumatic, and air compressor systems.
- Ability to work required overtime shifts with short notice to support the line.
- Flawless daily attendance track record and reliable personal transportation.
