American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier local manufacturing facility in Kelso, WA looking for a skilled Industrial Painter. This is a technical role focused on applying high-performance coatings to fabricated steel products.

If you are a motivated professional who takes pride in the precision of industrial finishes and has experience with specialized coating applications, we want you on our team!

Description for Industrial Painter:

  • Precision Coating: Apply a variety of industrial finish coatings to fabricated steel products.
  • Preparation: Expertly prep steel items for painting to ensure maximum coating adhesion and quality.
  • Specialized Environments: Responsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spaces.
  • Quality Control: Prioritize workflow to meet production deadlines and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Note: This role is for industrial product finishing, NOT industrial building or residential painting.

Details for Industrial Painter:

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00+/hour (DOE)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays as needed)
  • Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:

  • Experience: Verifiable industrial painting experience is required.
  • Licensing: Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Safety Gear: Must have steel-toed work boots.
  • Aptitude: Ability to work safely in confined spaces and maintain a high-quality finish.
