Description for Machine Operator:

• Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively operate production machinery according to safety protocols.
• Troubleshooting: Master the packaging equipment and understand how to perform technical adjustments as needed.
• Quality Control: Identify packaging defects quickly and perform immediate adjustments to maintain high productivity levels.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with others to meet daily goals and improve overall job functionality.

Details for Machine Operator:

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend!)
• Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior machine operating experience in a production environment.
• Aptitude: Strong mechanical inclination and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Reliability: Punctual and committed to a consistent 4-day work week.
