Description for Production Laborer:

• Machine Operation: Work in proximity to industrial machinery that compresses wood by-products into bales.
• Quality Tracking: Record bale weights and maintain accurate daily activity logs per company standards.
• Technical Maintenance: Learn and perform standard setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance for production machinery.
• Operational Focus: Master the operating characteristics of the facility's equipment to ensure maximum productivity.

Details for Production Laborer:

• Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (DOE)
• Schedules Available: Monday–Friday | Sunday–Thursday
• Shift Options:
  • Day: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Swing: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  • Grave: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements:

• Physicality: Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently; must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and pull throughout the shift.
• Environment: Must be comfortable working in a dusty industrial environment.
• Experience: Prior production or warehouse experience is required.
