Do you speak the language of heat and metal? American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier manufacturing company in Vancouver, WA specializing in creating aluminum flatbeds and toolboxes. If you’re a skilled welder ready to join a team where skill meets structural integrity, we want to hear from you!
Description for Welder:
- Fabricate aluminum flatbeds and toolboxes.
- Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on aluminum.
- Read blueprints and welding symbols with 100% accuracy.
- Use hand tools, clamps, and grinders for material prep and finishing.
- Create basic jigs and fixtures for production support.
Details for Welder:
- Pay: $25.00 / hour.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Location: Vancouver, WA.
Requirements for Welder:
- 2–3 years of welding experience in a production setting.
- Proven expertise in aluminum MIG/TIG welding.
- Strong blueprint reading skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment weld test.
