American Workforce Group has partnered with a busy manufacturing facility in Vancouver, WA looking to hire two Machine Operators for long-term roles. If you're a motivated, qualified individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!
Description for Machine Operator:
- Perform various production duties to support manufacturing goals.
- Work effectively both individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Verify production runs to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Details for Machine Operator:
- Pay: $18.50/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Location: Vancouver, WA
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for the full duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and a "can-do" attitude.
