American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier local logistics company in Ridgefield, WA looking for a dedicated Forklift Driver to join their team.

Description for Forklift Driver:

• Fragile Load Management: Safely and quickly move pallets filled with delicate product (glass) in a busy warehouse environment.
• Order Fulfillment: Hand-pick orders accurately to fill customer requests.
• Inventory Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent product damage.

Details for Forklift Driver:

• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements for Forklift Driver:

• Experience: 2 years of RECENT forklift operation experience is required.
• Specialized Skill: Must have proven experience working specifically with glass or highly fragile products.
• Physical: Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand, stoop, bend, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a "safety-first" mindset.
