Sanitation Lead

American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier vitamin manufacturer in Vancouver, WA in search of a Sanitation Lead to join their team.
If you are a motivated leader with a background in professional sanitary practices and GMP standards, we want to hear from you.
What you will do
- Supervise daily cleaning operations and provide leadership to sanitation technicians
- Ensure all common areas including restrooms, break rooms, and warehouse spaces are cleaned to standard
- Complete and maintain meticulous sanitation records and compliance logs
- Ensure the team follows all GMP standards and safety protocols at all times
- Perform hands-on cleaning of mechanical rooms, coolers, and other designated areas
Details
- Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Requirements
- Professional certification in sanitation or similar credentials involving sanitary practices
- Prior leadership experience, preferably within the food or supplement industry
- Strong ability to manage personnel and oversee complex cleaning schedules
- In-depth knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and safety standards
