American Workforce Group has partnered with a Cowlitz County leader in commercial HVAC to find a dedicated Operations Manager. This is a high-level role offering an elite compensation package for the right professional.
Description for Operations Manager:
- Support warehouse operations including job staging and inventory management.
- Coordinate service work orders, scheduling, and customer communications.
- Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, payroll, and vendor relations.
- Lead onboarding for new hires and maintain strict safety documentation.
- Ensure operational flow by supporting technicians and management daily.
Details for Operations Manager:
- Pay: $150,000.00 Yearly.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Clark County, WA.
Requirements for Operations Manager:
- Previous experience in Operations, Service Coordination, or Admin leadership.
- Must have foundational HVAC knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern warehouse/scheduling systems.
- Strong ability to lead and coordinate in a fast-paced environment.
