American Workforce Group is a local manufacturing mill in Hoquiam, WA looking to fill an important Industrial Millwright role. If you're a motivated, qualified individual, we want you!

Description for Industrial Millwright:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Align, level, and install mechanical components including pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and production systems.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Use precision measurement tools and hand/power tools.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and plant improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Work with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.

Details for Industrial Millwright:

• Pay: $23 - $35/hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Requirements for Industrial Millwright:

• 3+ years of millwright, industrial maintenance, or mechanical experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and steam systems, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, welding, and fabricating.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, pull, and push for 12-hour shifts.
• Must have good math skills.
• Experience with rigging, alignment, and equipment installation.
