Inside sales coordinator

American Workforce Group has partnered with a locally owned and rapidly growing paver company in Tacoma, WA to find an Inside Sales Coordinator who wants to make a real impact. This is a frontline role representing the company at their showroom and community events.
Description for Inside Sales Coordinator:
- Lead Generation: Staff the showroom to engage visitors, promote services, and generate high-quality leads.
- Consultative Sales: Confidently start conversations and educate potential customers on project options.
- Operations & Scheduling: Manage daily scheduling for site crews, leads, and internal staff.
- Administrative Support: Handle filing, data entry, inventory tracking, and team communication.
- Community Outreach: Attend networking events and pop-up promotions to build brand awareness.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to Olympia approximately 20% of the time.
Details for Inside Sales Coordinator:
- Pay: $22.00/hour + Performance Bonus Structure
- Schedule: Retail-style schedule (Monday–Sunday availability)
- Requirements: Weekends are required and non-negotiable
- Shift Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM availability (30–40 hours per week)
Requirements for Inside Sales Coordinator:
- Strong customer service skills with a confident, outgoing personality
- Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating professional conversations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Sales, outreach, or lead-generation experience is highly preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for local travel
- A growth mindset and a strong desire to advance within the company
