Jr Recruiter
Job Description

American Workforce Group is hiring for our Puyallup, WA office! We are in search of a Junior Recruiter to come on board, learn the industry, and graduate into a full Recruiter role.
If you have grit, a competitive spirit, and love solving puzzles, we want you on our team.
What you will do
- Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate screenings
- Communicate professionally with clients and community members
- Assist in all prescreening and onboarding processes
- Help candidates navigate their journey to new employment
Details
- Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Prior office or administrative experience is a plus
- Staffing or recruitment experience is preferred but not required
- A drive to win and a genuine passion for helping others succeed
