American Workforce Group has partnered with a rapidly growing, premier concrete company in Woodland, WA looking for motivated Concrete Laborers to join their production team.

If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn specialized trades, we want you!

Description for Concrete Laborer:

• Formwork: Lay and assemble concrete forms according to project specifications.
• Collaboration: Follow technical instructions from Millwrights to ensure structural integrity.
• Skill Development: Receive training to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery.
• General Labor: Assist in all phases of the concrete production process to meet daily goals.

Details for Concrete Laborer:

• Pay Rate: $20.00+ / hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Consistent Overtime!)
• Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Status: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of concrete or construction experience preferred.
• Crossover Skills: Previous Carpentry or Framing experience is highly helpful.
• History: Must have a steady, reliable work history.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (hot/cold).
• Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
