American Workforce Group has partnered with a locally owned and operated fire and flood mitigation company located in Olympia, WA! They are looking for their next lead tech, who can manage, do great work, and have a good time!

Description for Lead Mitigation Tech:
- Responding to emergency flood response quickly for clean up
- Being a leader of a crew, managing schedules, and time frames
- Construction experience comes into play during the restoration side.
- 3 Years of Mitigation experience is a must
- Doing work in crawl spaces
- Some construction estimating would be a plus
Details for Lead Mitigation Tech:
- $25-$30HR
- Monday- Friday
- 7AM - 4PM
- Benefits offered- WA sick pay
Requirements for Lead Mitigation Tech:
- Lift 50-75 lbs
- 3 Years Mitigation experience
- Stand, stoop, bend, pull
- Some background restrictions may apply
- Ability to pass drug test
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to get onto JBLM
- Clean and Valid Drivers license
- Construction experience
- Prior Military encouraged to apply
