Job Description: Supervisor Trainee – Food Manufacturing
- Train to supervise a small production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing team workflow
- Provide support in troubleshooting mechanical issues with equipment
- Help maintain and promote food safety standards and practices
- Participate in hands-on production activities as needed
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and team training
Job Details:
- Pay: $26.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Benefits Include:
- Paid holidays
- Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Potential for flexible scheduling based on performance
- Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and pull throughout shift
- Some background restrictions may apply
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Mechanical aptitude or experience troubleshooting food manufacturing equipment preferred
- Prior experience with food safety standards or training is a plus
- Must have leadership potential or prior supervisory experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite especially with Microsoft Excel
- Will need to complete a math test as well
