Working Construction manager
Job Description
Are you a hands-on leader with construction experience?
Do you enjoy managing projects while working alongside your crew?
American Workforce Group has partnered with a family-owned earthwork and septic contractor based in Olympia, known for over 30 years of quality work and regional expertise.
If you're a motivated, qualified individual – we want you!
Description for Working Construction Manager:
- Lead a small team and supervise subcontractors on job sites
- Work hands-on in excavation, dirt work, and septic system installation
- Interpret project blueprints and ensure safe, timely job completion
- Maintain a productive and positive job site atmosphere
Managing production
Sales experience and customer service skills
Office skills and application understanding
Details for Working Construction Manager:
- Pay: 52K Salary
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Shift Hours: Full-time, Day Shift
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision after 6 months; Paid birthday off after 1 year, Company Vehicle to drive
Requirements for Working Construction Manager:
- Experience in excavation and septic system installation preferred
- Leadership and communication skills
- Lift 50-75 lbs
- Stand, stoop, bend, pull
- Some background restrictions may apply
- Ability to pass drug test
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
