Description for Working Field Manager:

• Lead a small team and supervise subcontractors on job sites
• Work hands-on in excavation, dirt work, and septic system installation
• Interpret project blueprints and ensure safe, timely job completion
• Maintain a productive and positive job site atmosphere
• Must be comfortable testing and working around septic systems 70% of the time
• Manage production, sales, and customer service tasks
• General office skills and application proficiency

Details for Working Field Manager:

• Pay: $54,000/yearly
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift Hours: Day Shift

Requirements for Working Field Manager:

• Ability to lift 75 lbs+ regularly
• Experience in excavation and septic system installation required
