American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier wood products company in the Vancouver, WA area to find a highly skilled Warehouse Manager.
If you are a motivated leader who thrives on process improvement and team development, this Direct Hire opportunity is for you.
What you will do:
- Manage daily employee efficiency, training, and performance accountability
- Evaluate and improve warehouse processes including staging, loading, and truck routing
- Oversee inventory control and equipment maintenance for the facility
- Ensure high standards of product knowledge and productivity across the team
Details:
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Placement: Direct Hire
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional warehouse experience
- Proven managerial or leadership experience
- Proficiency with forklift operation and equipment management
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work occasional overtime as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
