Description for Mitigation Technician:

• Restoration Services: Perform water, fire, and environmental damage mitigation services on active job sites.
• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate specialized mitigation tools and moisture-detection equipment.
• Site Preparation: Assist with controlled demolition, drying, cleanup, and professional job site setup.
• Safety Standards: Strictly follow safety and quality protocols to ensure a secure environment for the team and clients.

Details for Mitigation Technician:

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift: Consistent Day Shift

Requirements:

• Licensing: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driving is a daily requirement).
• Physicality: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Experience: Previous mitigation or restoration experience is preferred but not required.
• Aptitude: Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player who excels in fast-paced environments.
