American Workforce Group has partnered with a high-growth vitamin capsule manufacturer in Vancouver, WA looking to fill several Packaging Laborer roles! If you have a high level of integrity and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.
Description for Packaging Laborer:
- Ensure all product counts and fill weights are correct.
- Conduct quality checks on labels and package capacities.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient distribution and packaging flow.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and integrity in a health-focused facility.
Details for Packaging Laborer:
- Pay Range: $17.50 / hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
- Perk: Pay raise provided upon being hired permanently!
Requirements for Packaging Laborer:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing recommended.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-player attitude.
Benefits
- Paid 100% of Life/ADD/STD & med/dent/vis 50% for dependents.
- Quarterly bonus of $750 if goals are met If not, prorated bonus for whole co. based on perf.
- New get 172 hrs PTO, front loaded & prorated from date hired in 1st yr.
