Description for Construction Assembly:
- Assemble construction components using hand and power tools.
- Work in a high-energy team environment to hit production targets.
- Prepare finished products for secure shipping.
- Room for Growth: Clear advancement paths to Foreman and Shop Lead positions.
Details for Construction Assembly:
- Pay: $24.50/hr ($22.50 after rollover + production bonuses).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday + Overtime.
- Shift: Transitioning to a 4x10 schedule (3-day weekends!).
Requirements for Construction Assembly:
- Strong experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to handle a physically demanding, 10-hour shift.
- Team-first attitude and reliable attendance.
